Abstract

Mahasiswa kerap menghadapi tantangan akademik yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dosen dan mahasiswa mengenai pentingnya dukungan sosial dan perilaku pengajar dalam membentuk school well-being. Kegiatan ini merupakan lanjutan dari penelitian tesis yang menguji peran mediasi perilaku pengajar dalam hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan kesejahteraan akademik mahasiswa. Metode pelaksanaan berupa seminar daring dengan judul “Belajar Bahagia” yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan dosen dari berbagai universitas, termasuk Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa sebagai mitra. Materi disusun berdasarkan model school well-being dari Konu & Rimpelä serta hasil penelitian lapangan. Evaluasi melalui sesi tanya jawab dan umpan balik peserta menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran terhadap pentingnya peran dukungan sosial dan interaksi positif dengan dosen dalam menunjang kebahagiaan mahasiswa. Hasil ini mendukung perlunya kolaborasi aktif antara dosen, mahasiswa, dan institusi pendidikan untuk menciptakan lingkungan akademik yang mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa.
