MINDFUL PARENTING, EDUKASI SEHAT MENTAL, DAN STRATEGI MARKETING : PROGRAM KOMPREHENSIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN KELUARGA DI KELURAHAN KRAMAS, TEMBALANG – SEMARANG

Program Iptek bagi Desa Binaan (IDBU) Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Diponegoro tahun 2025 dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kramas, Kecamatan Tembalang, Kota Semarang. Wilayah dengan 4.417 jiwa ini menghadapi persoalan yang cukup serius terkait pengasuhan anak, kerentanan kesehatan mental, serta lemahnya strategi pemasaran UMKM. Program pengabdian merancang intervensi komprehensif berbasis mindful parenting, edukasi kesehatan mental lintas usia, serta pelatihan strategi digital marketing. Metode kegiatan meliputi seminar, pelatihan, observasi, FGD, dan pendampingan yang dilaksanakan Juli–Agustus 2025 dengan melibatkan pemerintah kelurahan, PKK, UMKM, serta mahasiswa KKN. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas orang tua dalam pola asuh, literasi emosional anak-remaja, keberdayaan lansia melalui senam otak dan successful aging, serta peningkatan keterampilan digital marketing UMKM. Produk inovasi berupa buku saku mindful parenting, leaflet edukasi mental remaja, buku dongeng regulasi emosi anak, modul senam otak lansia, dan modul digital marketing didaftarkan sebagai HKI. Program ini berdampak pada peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga, daya tahan komunitas, dan daya saing ekonomi lokal, sekaligus memberikan model intervensi komprehensif yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.
