Abstract
Various kinds of challenges are faced by students both academic and non-academic. One of the tough challenges is when students are at the final level. Students are required to be able to do their final project or thesis and also do Real Work Practice in the Field (PKL). This inability to meet academic demands ultimately triggers negative physical, behavioral, thoughtful, and emotional reactions. If not handled properly, it can lead to stress and worsen students' academic conditions. The assessment carried out is a Google Form survey and interviews with students, therefore, in this community service, researchers provide group counseling and webinars with the aim that students understand their academic problems and know good solutions to overcome them so as not to lead to distress. The group counseling techniques used in this study are person-centered which includes acceptance, respect, understanding, reassurance, reflection of feelings, and restatement. As a result of the intervention, measurements were made before and after the intervention using the ESSA academic stress scale. From the measurement results, it can be seen that there is a difference where subjects who initially have high academic stress scores have decreased. These results also found a decrease in academic stress scores in each subject.
